Prior to entering the field of real estate, I spent my career working in the non-profit sector in the areas of program management and communications.  Eventually, my passion for helping people and my interest in the real estate market led me to switch careers. 

What I enjoy most about working in the real estate industry is the opportunity to steer buyers and sellers as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Having bought and sold houses for my own family, I understand the stress, uncertainty, and excitement that can accompany those moves. With a focus on excellent customer service, communication with clients and subject expertise, I hope to make the process as smooth and pleasant as possible.  I strive to keep up to date on industry knowledge and regulatory changes by regularly taking courses. I am recognized as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and as a Senior Real Estate Specialist from the National Association of Realtors.

As a long-time resident of Ottawa, I appreciate the city’s wonderful neighbourhoods and unique features.  In addition to my experience, I have an undergraduate degree in Journalism and a graduate degree in Public Administration.
