A ‘passion for property’ began with a hobby, which translated into an obvious knack for historic restoration and renovation. During a fifteen year career working in various forms of Social Work real estate development evolved into much more than a creative outlet. An understanding of acquisition, restoration, land lording and all the variables of real estate as an investment also grew. Then so did the desire to acquire licensing at the provincial level and become a formal part of the greater modern Real Estate industry. Patrick currently owns various properties in the Ottawa area including single family homes and multi-family buildings. Registered with Ontario New Home Warranty as a Builder, Patrick has also developed property and ‘built’ from the ground up.
